Beetroot Halwa

Pudina chutney in two ways










1st way

Ingredients:

1 cup coriander leaves
3/4 cup Pudina leaves
1/4 Cup Roasted chana dal Dalia 
1 inch Ginger
2 Green chillies
1 Tsp chat masala
1/2 Tsp roasted cumin powder
1/2 lemon juice
Salt to taste

Method :

  • Take a mixer jar add all the ingredients in it except lemon juice
  • Grind it into a fine paste 
  • Add water to it as per requirement and again grind it
  • Take it out of the jar and add lemon juice to it mix it and store 
  • It in the air tight container.


Pudina chutney way 2

Ingredients :

1 cup coriander leaves
3/4 cup Pudina leaves
1/4 Cup desiccated coconut
1inch Ginger
2 green chillies
7- 8 Garlic cloves
1 TSP chat masala
1/2 TSP roasted cumin powder
Salt to taste

Method :

  • Take a mixer jar add all the ingredients in it 
  • Grind it into a fine paste 
  • Add water to it as per requirement and again grind it
  • Store It in the air tight container.
