Beetroot Halwa

Quick and easy Palak Paratha without Blending
























Ingredients:

1 Cup          Wheat Flour                      
1/2 Bunch    Palak ( Spinach )                
1 Tsp            Ginger-Garlic paste           
1/2 Tsp         Red chilli powder               
1/4 Tsp         Turmeric Powder                
1/2 Tsp         Sesame seeds                      
1/2 Tsp         Carom seeds ( ajwain )       
Salt                                     
Oil


Method :  
-  Wash palak 2-3 times and rinse it  properly , and finely chop it

-  In the bowl add 1 cup Wheat flour, chopped Palak, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder,
   turmeric powder, sesame seeds, carom seeds and salt .

-  Mix all the above ingredients first and the knead the stiff dough using water. Apply some oil
   on it and cover it and let it rest for 5 Min .

-  After 5 minutes , knead the dough again for few seconds and divide the dough into equal portions.

-  Meanwhile place the tawa on heat.
  
-  Now dust some Dry flour on the rolling board and take one portion of the dough and  roll
    it into thin flat paratha using rolling pin.

-  Place the Paratha on the hot tawa , spread some oil or ghee on it and let it cook for 3-4 min on
   medium flame.

-  Flip it around and again spread some oil or ghee on it and let it cook for 3-5 min , again flip it
    around and cook for few seconds more and the paratha is ready.

- Similarly make rest of the parathas .
  
- Serve the hot Paratha with curd or pickle or ketch-up an enjoy.
