Ingredients:
1 Cup Whole wheat flour
1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
1/4 Cup Clarified Butter ( ghee )
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Cup Milk
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Cup Milk
1/4 Tsp Cardamom Powder ( optional )
Method:
- In a bowl take 1/4 Cup clarified butter ( ghee ) and 1/2 cup powdered sugar beat it for 3-4 min.
- In the above mixture add wheat flour , Baking powder , Baking soda, cardamom powder, mix it well.
- Add 1/4 Cup milk and make a dough.
- Preheat the cooker for 10 min on high heat
- Roll the dough thin using rolling pin. and shape it as per your choice.
- Greece the tin with ghee and lay the biscuits on it.
- Place the tin in the cooker , cover it with lid ( remove the whistle and ring )
- Bake it for around 12- 15 minutes on low - medium heat.& our whole wheat healthy Biscuits are ready.
