Ingredients :
3 Cup Chopped Mooli patta ( radish leaves )
1/4 Cup Gram flour ( besan )
3 Tbsp Oil
1/4 Tsp Mustard seeds
A pinch of Asafoetida
1/4 Tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 Tsp Red chilli powder
1/4 Tsp Dry mango powder ( amchur )
Salt to taste
1 Cup Water
Chopped coriander
Method :
- Take a pan ( kadai ) add oil to it.
- Add 1/4 mustard seeds , let it spluter, then add asafoetida , turmeric powder, red chilli powder, to it.
- Add 3 cups chopped mooli patta to it , mix everything properly .
- Add dry mango powder and again mix everything properly.
- Add 1 cup of water to it , mix it again , cover it and cook it on low medium flame for 15-20 min.
- Cook it till the water is fully absorbed. and if the leaves are not cook then further cook for few more mins.
- Add salt to it as per requirement
- Now add 1/4 cup besan to it.
- If the sabji is looking dry you can add 1-2 tbsp of water.
- Cover it and cook for another 2-3 min.
- Add chopped coriander and serve it hot with roti or paratha.
