Beetroot Halwa

Quick Breakfast , Snacks Recipes | Paneer Stuffed Besan Chilla









Ingredients :

1 Cup Besan 
3 Tbsp Rice flour
1 Onion finely chopped
150 Gms Paneer grated
1 Tsp Red chilli powder
1/4 Tsp Turmeric powder
1 Tbsp Coriander finely chopped
Salt to Taste
Oil

Method :

  • Take a bowl add 1 cup besan , 3 tbsp rice flour,  finely chopped coriander , red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and salt to taste.
  • Add water to the above dry mixture and make pouring consistency batter ( thin like rava dosa batter ).
  • Heat up Non stick tawa apply some oil to it.
  • Pour the chilla batter on the tawa, in the circular motion like dosa.
  • Spread some finely chopped onion , and some grated paneer on it.
  • Let it cook for about 3-4 min on one side on medium flame.
  • Flip the chilla and again cook for 3-4 min on low - medium flame.
  • And here the chilla is now ready.
  • Similarly make rest of the chilla and served hot with coriander-pudina chutney and tomato ketchup.
*You can add onion and grated paneer less or more as per your like.
