Beetroot Halwa

Quick Breakfast , Snacks Recipes | Quick Veg Sandwich Recipe |







Ingredients :

2 medium size onions finely chopped
2 Medium size tomato finely chopped
2 Tbsp finely chopped coriander
2 Processed Cheese cube grated
1/2 Tsp chilli powder
1/2 Tsp coriander ( dhania ) powder
1/2 Tsp cumin ( jeera ) powder 
Salt to taste
8 Bread slices
Butter

Method :

  • Take a bowl  add finely chopped onions, finely chopped tomato and finely chopped coriander.
  • Add  grated processed cheese cube to it.
  • Add chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt to taste.
  • Mix the above mixture properly.
  • Take bread slices apply butter evenly on  it.
  • Place the portion of above stuffing on one buttered bread slice and spread it evenly.
  • Place another buttered bread above it and press it lightly.
  • Apply some butter on top of the sandwich.
  • Apply some butter on Non- stick tawa for cooking, place the sandwich on it with the buttered side facing upward.
  • Cook the sandwich on the medium flame till it become golden brown in colour from both the sides.
  • Cut the sandwich diagonally into 2 equal portions.
  • Similarly make rest of the sandwiches .
  • Serve the Quick veg sandwich immediately with ketchup.

* You can also add veggies like capsicum, sweet corn, etc into this as per your liking.
