Beetroot Halwa

Easy & Healthy Banana Bread recipe using Wheat Flour


Ingredients:

2 Ripe Bananas
1/2 Cup  Milk
1/4 Cup Ghee
3/4 Cup Sugar
1,1/2 Cup Wheat flour
1 Tsp Baking powder
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
1/4 Tsp Cinnamon powder
1/4 Cup Tutti frutti 


Method:

  • In a blender jar add 2 bananas, 3/4 cup sugar, 1/2 cup milk, 1/4 cup ghee and blend it
  • Transfer the above banana mixture to the bowl.
  • To the above mixture add 1,1/2 cup wheat floor, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder.
  • Mix it with the cut and fold method in one direction.
  • Add 1/4 cup tutti frutti to it and again mix it.
  • As we are making the bread in the cooker, Place some salt at the bottom of the cooker.
  • Preheat the cooker for 10 min. on high flame. 
  • Grease the bread tin with butter or ghee.
  • Add the bread mixture to the tin.
  • Place the tin in the cooker.
  • Remove the ring and the whistle of the cooker
  • Let it bake for around 35-40 min on low- medium flame.
  • After 35-40 min, insert the toothpick or knife in the bread to check whether its done or not.
  • If it is done then turn off the flame and if not then again bake it for around 5 more min.
  • Then remove the tin from the cooker, let it cool down completely.
  • And the banana bread is ready to serve.
