Ingredients:

Rice                    -  3 Cups
Urad dal              - 1  Cup
Poha                    -  1/2 Cup
Fenugreek seed    - 1 Ts


Method
* Rinse and soaked all the ingredients for 5-6 hrs or overnight.
* Next day remove the water and grind all the ingredients into smooth batter.
* Let the batter ferment for about 7-8 hrs
* As the batter gets fermented it is been ready for making the dosas.
* Place the tawa on the gas let it get hot then sprinkle some water on the hot tawa,
   wipe it off with the cloth , take 1 laddle of batter on tawa spread it in circle .
* Drizzle some oil on the dosa , let it cook after 3-4 min flip it over and spreed some loni ( butter )
    on it.
* And here's your piping hot loni sponge dosa is ready.
* Serve hot with potato sabzi, coconut chutney and piping hot sambar.
