True happiness

"Happiness " the word has n number of meaning but feelings remains the same. In this world it can be describe as any name , person , things, and blah blah . But wait stop............

Is this the true happiness really ???????

What is the real true happiness for an individual is it dependent on what exist in this world ,....Like lets just say that if anybody loves food a lot but can food be his happiness maybe yes but it will be temporary, and not the permanent one. It will come and it will go. Like this you will be happy and next you will be sad and the whole cycle of being happy and sad goes on and on and on. and at the end what will remain with you is neither happiness nor the sadness.

So whats the true happiness.......


                                              True happiness cannot be found in
                                               things that change and pass away.
                                           Pleasure and pain alternate inexorably.
                                              Happiness comes from the self and             
                                          can be found in the self only. Find your 
                                           real self and all else will come with it.

Happiness in this existing world depends on you , your inner trueself  and not on any person, thing, it is clearly your own.
